After a hard day of carnival games and train rides, come relax in the bowery.  Bring your lunch or purchase food from one of the Park vendors.  Pick up your free popsicles and water, and re-energize in the shade while your kids enjoy the crafts and games.

The Mini King and Queen competition will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.  Children between the ages of 5 and 12 are welcome to compete for a chance to win the crown and ride in the Youth Parade.

In addition to the traditional Family Fun Day activities, This Is The Place Heritage Park is providing a hands-on, educational experience for all ages.  Stroll through one of the many well-preserved pioneer homes.  Engage in old fashioned pioneer activities or just step back in time and enjoy the many volunteers and entertainers in period costume.
