Celebrate Utah's diverse cultural heritage at an evening filled with lively music and entertainment, delicious ethnic foods, colorful costumes, unique cultural art displays and craft demonstrations.
Food from around the world
A variety of foods will be available so you can experience the ethnic diversity Utah has to offer. Enjoy Greek, Asian, Caribbean and Mexican cuisines -- all at reasonable cost. Old-fashioned Dutch oven cooking will honor our early day pioneers.

Spend the evening of July 23, 2008 at the Gallivan Center -- the perfect spot to round out your evening before climbing into your sleeping bag along the parade route! Explore the unique cultural diversity that makes up our great state. You won't want to miss the fabulous fireworks finale.
