Our 2012 Rodeo will bring you more bucking, more broncs, more buckaroos and enough bareback riding for die-hard Rodeo fan.  This will be the best yet and you will want to be there to see it all.

As we update and finalize our plans, we’ll be sure to post all the latest news right here.  Check back often to see how things are shaping up for the 2012 Days of ’47 Rodeo. 

Our Rodeo, a must-see event, is consistently voted one of the top rodeos in the nation by the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA). Don’t miss your chance to see nationally-ranked cowboys and cowgirls compete for great prize money.

Last year’s entertainment featured bareback and saddle bronc riding, bull riding, barrel racing, team roping, steer wrestling and tie-down roping. Bull riders were protected by PRCA bull fighters and barrel man/rodeo clown Mark Swingler. Swingler’s amazing antics and world-famous comedy entertained the crowds.

In 2012, our Rodeo kicks off July 20th and will run through Tuesday, the 24th.  We’ll be dark on Sunday but will pick up the reins again on Monday and Tuesday.  All performances start at 7:00 p.m.
